Q - Are you a UK company?
A - Yes, we are based in Fareham, Hampshire along the south coast. UK Company Number 6921350

Q - How long does it take to make my t-shirt?
A - We will make all the t-shirts that are ordered with 1st Class within 48 hours and sent out as soon as it's made to ensure your never waiting too long for your t-shirt.

Q - Are your t-shirts endorsed by the celebrities and companies who they sometimes portray?
A - No, we are quite clear in the fact we have designed all of the t-shirts ourselves or import them from the USA and Canada using reputable companies.

Q - How Long will my t-shirt take to be delivered?
A - If you have chosen the 1st class delivery options usually within 2-3 working days however if you chose to have your t-shirt send by 2nd class then expect it to take between 4-5 working days after the t-shirt is made (please see Q2 for info)

Q - Do you ship internationally?
A - Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. Outside of the UK will automatically adjust your shipping cost to £4.95. This allows us to send the item trackable.

Q - I was sent the wrong shirt / I was sent a defective shirt.
A - If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at with your order number and specifics on what we messed up, and we will take care of it for you, so please dont worry.

Q - Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
A - Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email and we can confirm that the order was placed.

Q - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch, Maestro but no longer accept Solo Card or Amex. If you'd like to pay via Paypal. We offer this as an alternate payment method. Sorry, we don’t accept cash or money orders and we do not accept orders over the phone.

Q - Do you sell shirts wholesale?
A - Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact the Store Owner Chris Statt on to discuss your requirements.

Q - My Order is yet to arrive?
A - All tees sent out will have been sent via royal mail and will either have proof of purchase or be sent recorded. Customers who choose to use the 1st Class recorded option will have to wait 15 days before we can refund the item or send a new one. Customers who choose any other method will also have to wait 15 days but YOU will have to claim through the Royal Mail. We will provide you with all the relevent info needed to make a claim including the proof of postage receipt.


Returns Info
You have a legal right as a consumer when purchasing through an online store of 7 days to return any item purchased. You must notify them of your intention to return the item within these 7 days, and we are no different

Your responsibility: You will be required to send the item back to us in its original condition. We would recommended sending via recorded delivery as if you have no proof of purchase we will be unable to help if the item does not arrive at our end. This is for your protection so please send via a recorded delivery merchant.

Lost Items & delayed delivery items: If your item is lost in the post Royal Mail require all delivery attempts to have passed a 15 working day period before any compensation can be claimed. We do have the original receipt of delivery and will do all we can to ensure the product is delivered within the specified time frame but occasionally the Royal Mail let us down. We therefore ask that any item not received within the 15 days can not claim a refund until the Royal Mail have investigated.
If the item is lost then a FULL REFUND will be given including any postage you paid. If the item arrives within the 15 days and you still require a refund this can be arranged with you sending the item back to us by recorded delivery. We will cross-check the delivery date with the the royal mail to ensure it is outside the 7 day cooling-off period you are allowed by law.

Copy of postage receipt: At ChilliSauce we pride ourselves on customer service and send out all t-shirts within the allotted hours specified above and we do our best to get your t-shirt there on time. Occasionally the royal mail have been known to lose items or deliver later then advertised so we will if required, email you proof that your t-shirt was sent within the hours specified above of your purchase.

Should you wish to return your item for any reason please email with the info required below. Please also print this info off and include in your package or we will have no idea who has sent the item back and will not be able to process a refund or exchange. Please ensure you post through the post office as a 1st class stamp will not cover the return fee.

Please fold the t-shirt without creasing the design or t-shirt as these are re-sold and poor quality return packaging will damage the tee and will cause the t-shirt to be returned to you.
